A minimum mat size of 3"
and a minimum frame width of 1" is recommended for the 13"x19"
photos and the sizes of mat and frame should increase in width for
the larger size pictures, these increases being in proportion to the
size of the piece. The increased dimensions will add a corresponding
increase in the overall size.
